An IT staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Channel Operations and Programs Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting execution of Client’s partner programs
- Resolving channel-related issues raised by Channel Sales Organization via ServiceNow ticket queue
- Identifying opportunities for improvement to current sales processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or finance roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is desired
- Familiarity with sales quoting process is preferred
