Job Summary
A construction materials manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Channel Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing the Channel Account Managers sales team
- Providing accurate and timely forecasting of sales and the corresponding allocation of sales support resources
- Practicing performance management by setting clear goals, investing personal time in employee development
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
- Five to eight years of progressive sales and sales management experience in the HVAC/Controls industry
- Excellent communication skills
