Job Summary
Working remotely with the possibility of travel, the part-time Remote Channel Training Administrator will process warranty-related information, manage training classes, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure effective training and support operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the One-Off Authorization inbox, templates, and rules, responding to or redirecting additional email traffic
- Communicate effectively with Channel Readiness and Training teams to document training needs and availabilities
- Serve as the administrator for all Special Trainings, creating classes, monitoring enrollments, and managing course closures
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education or training
- Independent worker with a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with warranty processes preferred
- Experience with Cummins systems and processes preferred
