Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Chapter Management Director in Baltimore.
Must be able to:
- Manage a large team that includes field and HQ-based technical advisers
- Oversee the development, growth, and retention of thousands of chapters
- Help launch and sustain thousands of chapters
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel in the US and overseas as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in political science or related field
- A minimum of ten 10 years work experience in related field
- Eight (8) years of management and supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience and results mobilizing and/or organizing networks of people
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Congress and U.S. political environment
