Remote Charge Entry Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Services Charge Entry Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Post charges and demographic information into the billing system to create invoices
• Verify and enter patient information and charge data accurately into the system
• Collaborate with other teams and assist in training Level 1 team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years' experience in Insurance/Healthcare or Data Entry
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage high volumes of information
• Experience with billing software such as IDX, ADS, TES, or BAR
• Knowledge of invoice creation and multiple systems analysis
