Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Charge Entry Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Keying all charges within 24 hours
- Reporting for claim edit errors identified
- Following up with appropriate personnel to obtain complete information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two plus years Medical Billing experience
- Working knowledge of medical billing and/or medical accounts receivable
- ICD-10 certification or (2) year experience
- Proficient with computers, Windows based software programs, and Excel
