Remote Chargeback Analyst

Job Summary

A software and payments company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Chargeback Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting our merchants with gathering and submitting the appropriate documentation
• Reviewing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly chargeback activity
• Recommending enhancements to prevention and detection rules

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ experience in the merchant processing industry
• 1+ years relevant work in Chargebacks or Fraud investigations
• Familiarity with NOF practices
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems quickly and efficiently
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
• Familiar with card brand rules and best practices
