Job Summary
A staffing company is seeking a Remote Chart Review Collaborative Physician in San Jose.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work remotely and use a web-based portal to perform approximately 10 chart reviews for non-physician providers on a monthly basis
- Provide feedback, as needed, to the non-physician provider on their performance and opportunities for improvement
Position Requirements Include:
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
- MD or DO
- Board certification in family practice, general practice, internal medicine or geriatrics
