Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Chat Support Specialist will manage client interactions through live chat and phone support, ensuring quality service and adherence to performance metrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive demeanor while assisting customers and staying informed about product specifications
- Document all client interactions accurately in the call center database and utilize communication templates for efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to self-manage performance expectations and strive to exceed key performance indicators
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a live chat environment
- Excellent data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 45-55 wpm
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, particularly client relationship management tools
- Ability to multitask effectively while engaging with customers in a high-volume environment
