Job Summary

A department store chain has a current position open for a Remote Chatbot Design Senior Professional Procurement Services Professional.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop a deep knowledge in the area of Procure to Pay (P2P) with an extensive command of the tools
• Develop plans to enhance systems and business processes across the functional area to execute work in a timely fashion
• Provide support to Enterprise teams by troubleshooting and delivering resolution of issues

Qualifications Include:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking and building presentations
• Familiar or have experience with the concepts of agile, product routines, sprints, project management, OKRs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Confluence, and Jira
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, operational support experience, technical aptitude
