A cloud security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Chatbot Program Manager in Raleigh.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Deploying and maintaining a conversational AI Chabot
- Managing and maintaining a conversational chatbot
- Analyzing conversational chat and end-user feedback and take actions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience automating and administrating Zscaler
- Knowledge of chatbot and other customer-facing support tools
- Hands-on Zscaler experience, preferably as an end-user
