Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Check Review Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operational processes that support our business, partners and customers
- Review customer check deposits with accuracy and utmost attention to detail
- Review check deposits to identify and reject questionable deposit attempts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ year experience working in a financial services environment
- Experience working in a bank, understanding of what is necessary
- Passion for user experience, customer service and social good
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility with scheduling and potentially providing weekend coverage
- Exceptional reading, writing, written and verbal communication skills
