Job Summary
A global chemical manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Chemical Patent Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing prior art and invention disclosures to identify patentable subject matter
- Filing and prosecuting patent applications globally
- Utilizing patent office and commercial patent databases
Position Requirements Include:
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with the US Patent and Trademark Office
- At least 5-10 years’ relevant experience in chemical patent practice
- Admitted to practice, active member and in good standing in a state bar
- Experience advising clients on patent and trade secret strategies
- Experience with US, European, Japanese and Chinese patent prosecution
