Job Summary
An education management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Chief Advancement Business Development Officer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating efforts within the organization to assure donor stewardship
- Cultivating new leads, research and prepare strategies and solicit gifts of $25,000 or more from individuals
- Developing relationships with individuals, foundations and corporate sponsors who can support the mission
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have a valid passport and the flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
- Minimum Bachelor's degree combined with 7-10 years of experience in major gift fundraising
- Documented history of closing gifts in excess of $25,000 with successful track record of coordinating
- Collaborator who is comfortable assisting others to take the lead or can take the lead when necessary
- Ability to set priorities and execute plans effectively
