Job Summary

A workplace benefits company is in need of a Remote Chief Compliance Officer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Chair the Compliance Committee
• Develop annual Compliance Program work plan and risk assessment, identifying areas of risk and anticipated government audit targets
• Implement essential policies and procedures to achieve the goals of the Compliance Program

Qualifications Include:

• Master’s Degree in business or accounting, or a Law Degree
• Certification in Health Care Compliance (CHC, CPCO), Internal Audit (CIA), at least 5 years of experience in the health care industry
• Experience in researching applicable federal and state laws regarding health care compliance
• Financial background with experience in conducting regulatory audits and assessments
• Knowledgeable in health information management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including with senior management and Board members
