Job Summary
A cloud-based computing software firm is in need of a Remote Chief Diversity Officer in Boston.
Must be able to:
- Design and roll-out of training to help educate all managers on diversity
- Coordinate diversity communities and support their growth and productivity
- Partner with Talent Attraction on recruitment strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent leadership skills with experience leading teams or projects of 20 or more people
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes in a function outside of HR
- Ability to implement programs that are aligned with company values
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization
