Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Chief Experience Officer.
Must be able to:
- Define what “value” means to customers
- Create a shared language for discussing the customer experience
- Generate data-driven customer journey maps
Required Skills:
- Ability to form and communicate aspirational vision
- Has a balance of experience with 60/40 or 70/30 bias for B2C
- Can understand and follow analytics chain of events
- Experience with the design of a multilingual, global retail site with broad personas
- Demonstrated understanding of how to engage site visitors and nurture them toward purchases
- Adept at both positioning exploratory content and detailed technical presentations
