Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Chief Experience Officer.

Must be able to:

  • Define what “value” means to customers
  • Create a shared language for discussing the customer experience
  • Generate data-driven customer journey maps

Required Skills:

  • Ability to form and communicate aspirational vision
  • Has a balance of experience with 60/40 or 70/30 bias for B2C
  • Can understand and follow analytics chain of events
  • Experience with the design of a multilingual, global retail site with broad personas
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to engage site visitors and nurture them toward purchases
  • Adept at both positioning exploratory content and detailed technical presentations
