Job Summary

A non-profit is seeking a Remote Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading all financial and administrative operations
  • Overseeing the organization’s cash and investment management
  • Overseeing the administration of employee payroll and benefits programs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior financial leadership role
  • Deep understanding of 501(c)(3) development and/or grantmaking processes
  • Prior team leadership experience
  • Proven ability to provide useful feedback, develop, and inspire staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
