Job Summary
A SaaS Enterprise Automation and Integration platform provider is seeking a Remote Chief Financial Officer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Actively influence company direction, growth strategy, product development plans and go-to-market strategy
- Develop annual financial and operating budgets, cash flow projections, financial forecasts and models
- Prepare all financial statements, investor reports, tax returns and governmental agency reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years leading the finance function of an organization, preferably in a SaaS business environment
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Thorough knowledge of SaaS accounting standards
- Strong leader with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" leadership mentality
- Team player with excellent people and communication skills
