Remote Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

A SaaS Enterprise Automation and Integration platform provider is seeking a Remote Chief Financial Officer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Actively influence company direction, growth strategy, product development plans and go-to-market strategy
• Develop annual financial and operating budgets, cash flow projections, financial forecasts and models
• Prepare all financial statements, investor reports, tax returns and governmental agency reports

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 7+ years leading the finance function of an organization, preferably in a SaaS business environment
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Thorough knowledge of SaaS accounting standards
• Strong leader with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" leadership mentality
• Team player with excellent people and communication skills
