Remote Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Chief Financial Officer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide budgetary oversight, management support, and financial accountability for the organization
• Partner with Country Directors and other senior leaders to drive strong financial management
• Perform analyses, forecasts, and reporting

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, with advanced degree in Accounting and/or MBA
• At least 10 years of progressively more complex experience directly managing and overseeing organizational financial operations
• Demonstrated understanding of financial risk management and mitigation
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in leading finance activities in a +$25 million complex, multi-site, global nonprofit organization
• Willingness to support work at both the granular and strategic level
• Proven record of building cohesive, highly productive teams and comfort in a matrixed and global environment
