A business services company has an open position for a Remote Chief Financial Officer in Houston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring ample company runway through responsible use of funds
- Developing and overseeing overall company budget through collaboration with team
- Developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven experience as CFO, Director of Finance, Treasurer or Finance Manager, in a startup or Fintech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field
- Preferred experience in corporate accounting or investment banking
- In depth knowledge of startup financial law and risk management practices
- An analytical mindset and extremely comfortable with numbers
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
