Job Summary
A company that offers educational programs for spirituality and personal growth is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Chief Inclusion Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and driving forward the key diversity, equity and inclusion strategies
- Leading or identifying trainings to best educate staff
- Informing and empowering employees and Executive team to create organizational change
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Subject Matter Expert on Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
- 3 years experience developing and implementing diversity/equity/inclusion programs
- Demonstrated understanding of cultural values and norms of various communities
- Proven track record of success engaging with communities of color and LGBTQ+ communities
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus
- A proven track record of success from strategy to implementation in building programs
