A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Chief Information and Operating Officer Business Transformation Leader in Sacramento.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading, guiding, and supporting multiple workstreams
- Ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Developing program delivery strategy to deliver complex processes and systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experienced change manager who has experienced leading change in large enterprises
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to lead, guide, and coach project team members
- Ability to be comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change as well as communicating that change
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential
