Job Summary

A behavioral health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Chief Marketing Officer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Driving member acquisition growth across channels
• Managing a growing team of marketers focused on building brand style, voice, and tone
• Building and running creative team

Position Requirements Include:

• Able to travel to be in Exec Offsites quarterly and also to convene your remote team quarterly
• Not afraid of carrying very meaningful business KPIs that are high visibility for the senior executive team
• At a stage in your career where you are able to flex between the strategic and the tactical
• Able to get your hands dirty and build your own update documents/roadmaps/budgets
• Nimble on Gdocs and slack and are fluent in using those
• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
