A behavioral health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Chief Marketing Officer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving member acquisition growth across channels
- Managing a growing team of marketers focused on building brand style, voice, and tone
- Building and running creative team
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to travel to be in Exec Offsites quarterly and also to convene your remote team quarterly
- Not afraid of carrying very meaningful business KPIs that are high visibility for the senior executive team
- At a stage in your career where you are able to flex between the strategic and the tactical
- Able to get your hands dirty and build your own update documents/roadmaps/budgets
- Nimble on Gdocs and slack and are fluent in using those
- 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
