Job Summary
An educational institution is seeking a Remote Chief of Staff.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Lead professor outreach; research, identify, pitch, and sign new professors
- Lead new partner development; research potential partners, screen inbounds, negotiate contracts, nurture relationships
- Organize, budget, and set up annual all-company offsites and bi-annual team meetings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy or business operations in another startup
- Ability to be a business athlete who can take on challenges across an organization.
