Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Chief of Staff.

Must be able to:

  • Run our strategic planning sessions and broader leadership team communications
  • Coordinate key initiatives between departments and executive leadership
  • Lead selected strategic initiatives in parallel, guiding multiple cross-functional teams

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Chief of Staff or similar role for a SaaS early stage company
  • Strong executive presence, ability to quickly understand needs of multiple departments
  • Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
