Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership in operations management
- Minimum of 15 years of experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience in not-for-profit accounting
- Experience and oversight of accounting software applications
- Ability to conceptualize and lead the organization to shared visions
