A cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Remote Chief Operating Officer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and implementing new business operations
- Working closely with the executive leadership team to develop, execute, and achieve strategic plans and goals
- Developing and managing budgets and financial plans reporting out on a regular basis to board of directors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a consulting or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Significant experience as Chief Operating Officer in a technology enabled consulting company in companies with revenues from $100M - $1B
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial plans
