Remote Chief Privacy Officer

Job Summary

An alcoholic beverage e-commerce company is filling a position for a Remote Chief Privacy Officer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for complying with a FTC Consent Order
• Partner with executive leadership and serve as the subject-matter expert in data privacy, and digital advertising
• Work as a thought partner to our Chief Security Officer

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Able to collaborate with our engineering, marketing, strategic partnerships, and product teams
• Able to be accountable for compliance with all data privacy laws
• CIPP certified
• 8+ years of legal experience with data privacy and security
• Comfortable with e-commerce and digital advertising
