Remote Chief Programs Officer

Job Summary

A math education group is seeking a Remote Chief Programs Officer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working in partnership with the CEO to develop the programmatic vision and strategy
• Setting annual goals and metrics for the division in line with organizational goals
• Developing the departments within the Programs Division

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Experience leading with a DEI lens and building a positive organizational culture
• Experience with program feedback and evaluation
• Experience developing systems to support the effective functioning of a larger team and drive projects forward efficiently
• A deep understanding of mathematics, enrichment mathematics, and the math and problem solving experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage the strategic, programmatic, financial, leadership, and operational demands of a dynamic team
