Qualifications Include:

• 8-10+ years experience leading technical Talent Acquisition and/or Recruiting Operations
• Significant experience working in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience creating, leading and implementing global talent strategies
• Agile and will thrive in a high-intellect, fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Change management is a core skill-set of yours and evident in how you work
• Communication comes naturally to you in solving problems and addressing roadblocks
