Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Chief Technology Evangelist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on key trends and technologies
  • Provide influential thought leadership to Kubernetes end users
  • Drive our open source efforts in collaboration with our CTO and R&D leaders

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Speak at Tier 1 industry events
  • Substantial hands-on experience with container technologies
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, tooling and/or cloud platforms
  • 3 years of experience in developer advocacy or evangelism, software engineering, or equivalent
  • Interest in DevSecOps, security engineering and methodologies
  • Demonstrated track record of open source contributions, community engagement, public speaking, and authored content
