Qualifications Include:

• Experience as a CTO at a rapidly growing organization with at least 100 engineers
• Proven experience in technical strategy at scale
• Experience managing a team of at least 100 engineers
• Experience defining and implementing agile software development best practices at scale
• Experience in strategically minimizing technical debt within a massive codebase
