Remote Child and Adolescent Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Remote Child and Adolescent Therapist will provide individual evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain thorough clinical documentation while enjoying flexible scheduling and licensure sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, building strong therapeutic relationships
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress
• Collaborate with other specialty providers and participate in clinical consultations to enhance skills and receive feedback

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state
• Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more of Blackbird's operating states
• One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Flexibility to work during core after-school hours and weekends
