Job Summary

A non-profit child care advocacy organization has an open position for a Remote Child Care Community Engagement Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop relationships and collaborate deeply with a network of 10-12 Provider Leaders
  • Coordinate technical assistance activities
  • Support data collection and communications with community partners and Provider Leaders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, early childhood education, or related areas
  • 3 years of experience in a nonprofit, consulting or social enterprise setting
  • Solid understanding of nonprofit education, early education or family support systems
  • Experience and skill facilitating Communities of Practice, workshops, both in-person and online
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity and comfort with presentation tools
