Job Summary
A provider of digital curriculum needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Chinese Instructor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate a friendly, instructionally rich online learning environment
- Provide rich and targeted feedback on assignments within three business days
- Provide resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree with Current Teacher certification in at least 1 state
- 6 years' related education experience; at least 4 years teaching in a classroom.
- Knowledge and practical application of Chinese language learning pedagogy
- Successful completion of subject endorsement area Praxis test
- Ability to apply and/or hold multiple state teaching certifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
