A behavioral medicine company is seeking a Remote Chronic Disease Management Client Services Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring internal readiness to support customer onboarding and off-boarding deadlines
- Identifying documentation and workflow gaps and inefficiencies
- Creating and managing secure file transfer protocol connections
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-2 years of experience in a support or service-related role
- Baseline knowledge of Excel operations
- CRM tools, Salesforce and Google Suite experience
