A behavioral medicine company is seeking a Remote Chronic Disease Management Client Services Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitoring internal readiness to support customer onboarding and off-boarding deadlines
  • Identifying documentation and workflow gaps and inefficiencies
  • Creating and managing secure file transfer protocol connections

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a support or service-related role
  • Baseline knowledge of Excel operations
  • CRM tools, Salesforce and Google Suite experience
