Job Summary
A medical technology company is in need of a Remote Chronic Disease Staff Physician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Make medication management decisions and write prescriptions for medication changes
- Perform initial screening consultations for member enrollment
- Consult on critical symptom follow-up as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clinician-patient interaction
- Willingness to learn new technology platforms (with training)
- State licenses required among the following states initially: AL, CO, NE, PA, CA, NJ, CT, NY, FL
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical practice experience
