Job Summary
A health products and services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Chronic Healthcare Transformation Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and contributing to quantitative analysis and critical communications
- Collaborating with Pilot/Implementation/Strategy leads to determine valuable measurements
- Designing and implementing processes and systems for operationalizing innovative patient care
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience required (consulting or similar experience)
- Background in healthcare informatics, Health IT, electronic health/medical records
- 2+ years of demonstrated organizational skills (project management or managing cross-team/department)
- Data analytics and Microsoft Suite experience
- Operational and strategic modeling experience required
