Job Summary
A non-profit travel network company is in need of a Remote CIC Data Team Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing training to Management regarding reading and using data reporting
- Providing reports to Direct Operations management and develops and maintains an electronic repository of agent information
- Inputting and outputting of data from and to multiple sources
Position Requirements Include:
- Sales, customer service, travel or business environment experience
- College level coursework in Business, Systems or experience in a related field
- Identifying, researching and resolving business and service related problems experience
- Software applications (e.g. Excel, Access, Word, PeopleSoft) experience
- Analyzing and problem solving experience
- Basic mathematics experience including evaluating statistical data and reconciliation of numbers
