Job Summary
A healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cirrus Benefit Senior Configuration Analyst in Eden Prairie.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements gathering, analysis and design activities
- Perform configuration peer review and provide training to less experienced employees
- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
Required Skills:
- Travel Yes, 25 % of the Time
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Benefit, Claim and/or Enrollment configuration experience
- 3+ years of healthcare and/or health insurance experience
- 3+ years of experience identifying patterns within quantitative data, drawing conclusions, and recommending solutions
- All other requirements necessary for this position
