Job Summary

A software and IT services firm is in need of a Remote Civic Technology Business Development Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing business development strategies
• Building internal capacity by mentoring delivery team
• Contributing to overall Civic Tech growth strategy

Required Skills:

• 6-8+ years of business development experience in the consulting, technology, and/or healthcare industries
• Experience building trust within organizations
• A proven ability to develop thesis’ around potential offerings
• Demonstrated success achieving sales objectives and driving accurate forecasting
• Prior experience working with technical teams
• Ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate technical information and requirements
