Job Summary

A real estate and home development company is filling a position for a Remote Civil Estimator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing Site Development analysis from preliminary conceptual through GMP
• Overseeing that complete and accurate material take-offs are performed for all items of work
• Creating scope sheets for potential bidders and bid tabulation sheets

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics or related field
• Progressive years of experience in site / civil estimating or construction industry
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to perform math calculations including some advanced math
• Possessing knowledge in Siteops / Opensite, Agtek, On Screen Takeoff, Plan Swift, or equivalent systems
• Thorough knowledge in analyzing construction documents, geotechnical reports, and specifications
