Job Summary

A health services company is filling a position for a Remote Claims Administrative Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining a broad-based understanding of the company standards and guidelines
  • Serving as first point of contact when members, administrators, agents, or brokers contact TDC
  • Acting as primary contact for member service within their assigned region to provide best imaginable service

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in insurance or healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work on a high performing team
