Job Summary
A health services company is filling a position for a Remote Claims Administrative Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining a broad-based understanding of the company standards and guidelines
- Serving as first point of contact when members, administrators, agents, or brokers contact TDC
- Acting as primary contact for member service within their assigned region to provide best imaginable service
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in insurance or healthcare industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work on a high performing team
