Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Claims and Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Examining, reviewing, processing, calculating and paying claims in a timely manner
- Reviewing and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and itemized statements
- Complying with plan document provisions, regulations, guidelines and company procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED, and further applicable education or equivalent experience
- Six months prior work experience in an office environment
- Ability to handle stressful situations regarding urgent customer needs
- Knowledge of tax-advantaged accounts and benefit plans, insurance, and/or claims
