Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Claims Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Triage claim related inquiries from our Service Operations team
  • Identify and Request Missing Documentation
  • Document and Distribute incoming claim file supports

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Mastered required tools for the position (Britecore, Zendesk, FullStory, Google Suite)
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback
  • Ability to de-escalate conflicts in the claim process
  • Vigilant at identifying potential red flags
