A provider of workers compensation insurance needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Claims Automation Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Directing and managing the activities of the data analysts
- Assisting in creating and implementing technical decision
- Establishing success criteria for our claims automation practice
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience managing organizational change
- 10 years technical workers compensation claims experience
- 4 years at the management level
- Six Sigma or equivalent business process management transformation experience
- Experience writing business cases, use cases and business requirements
