Remote Claims Global Fraud Operations Team Leader

Job Summary

A company that develops business solutions and payment processing software is in need of a Remote Claims Global Fraud Operations Team Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Directly supervise a team of fraud analysts with the primary responsibility to conduct 1:1s and lead meetings
• Key communicator to improve internal processes and streamline business functionality
• Ensure that operating procedures are up to date and identify the need for training documentation

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or previous proven leadership experience
• -5 years at a financial institution organization in banking operations focused on fraud prevention, detection or investigations
• Strong knowledge of industry fraud risks, trends, and emerging threats
• Ability to use analytics to develop reporting
• Knowledge of BSA compliance and SAR writing
