Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Claims Inside Auto Analyst II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle basic investigation regarding most aspects of auto claims
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential
- Identify customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Outlook
