Job Summary
A digital healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Claims Integrity Revenue Cycle Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of Claims Integrity Specialists who are responsible for various claims integrity functions
- Being responsible for all aspects of Claims Integrity processes
- Hiring new staff with a focus on rapidly getting new employees to high quality and full productivity
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of experience within the healthcare industry
- 3 - 5 years of proven increased responsibility including supervisory experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, public health, management or other related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and present information in a succinct and actionable manner
- Powerful leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams through periods of high growth
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office and CRM casing/ticketing systems
